All of our pet sessions take place in our Clarksville studio, where we control the lighting, the environment, and the pace. That matters more than you might think. A calm, comfortable space means better photos, because a relaxed pet is a natural pet. We are patient, we are flexible, and we are not bothered by a little chaos.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturdays are available by appointment only.

Where are you located?

You'll find us at 419B Warfield Blvd in Clarksville, right beside Caliber Collision. Our entrance and dedicated parking are on Bellamy Lane.

Do you accept reservations?

Yes. Sessions fill up, so we recommend booking ahead to lock in the date and time you want.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. We also offer Afterpay through Square on eligible invoices, so you can spread out your payments while we're paid in full up front. Please let us know ahead of time so this can be reflected on the invoice.

How long is the typical wait?

Turnaround on your gallery is about two weeks. That time goes into editing every image with care, not just running a filter over it.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can take care of other clients on the schedule too. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will forfeit any payments already received for services.

Is a deposit required to book a session?

A minimum of 50% is due upfront to reserve your session, with the remaining balance due the day of your session. You're also welcome to pay the full amount for your selected session upfront if you prefer.

What should I wear, or how do I prepare for my session?

We'll send you a prep guide with outfit suggestions and everything you need to know ahead of your session.

Can I bring a friend or family member with me?

Yes, you're welcome to bring a friend or family member. We just ask that they avoid taking photos or videos during the session without our consent.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held in studio, at an agreed upon location, or both, depending on the package you select.

Can I reschedule due to weather for outdoor sessions?

We keep an eye on the forecast, and if inclement weather is expected, we'll reach out ahead of time to discuss your options.

What's included in a session?

What's included depends on the package you choose. You can view all the details under our booking options.

How do I view and purchase my photos?

Depending on your session, we'll either schedule an in-person sales session for you (and your parent, if applicable) to go over your gallery and place your order together, or for out of state clients, we'll host your gallery reveal over a Zoom call.

Can I be in the photos with my pet?

Yes. If you'd like to be included in your pet's session, just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for it.

Is there anything special I should do to prepare my pet?

Make sure your pet has had a chance to go potty before the session starts. If your pet has allergies or is picky about treats, feel free to bring some along with a favorite toy. We also recommend having your pet freshly groomed before the session so they look their best.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates are available upon request.

Do you offer mini sessions or seasonal specials?

We don't currently offer mini sessions, but we do periodically run specials and discounts. Sign up for our newsletter or reach out to us directly to be added to the list.
